Returns and refunds

As books are physical goods sourced in small quantities, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

– The book must be unused and in original condition.

– You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. A replacement or refund will be offered where appropriate.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Signed copies are non-refundable unless damaged on arrival.
